No phone, no laptop… for two weeks!?

sent by Armando Matijevich │

Every summer, I take at least two full weeks to go completely off the grid.
No phone. No laptop. No screens whatsoever.

Just Andrea, me, the island, the sea, and a whole lot of fyaka.

Some call it a digital detox.
I call it a full-body factory reset.

Every year, it works like a charm.

In a world wired for more, doing less – doing nothing – is a radical act.
And one of the best things you can do for your mental and physical health.

Next week, I’ll share how I prep for it (and how you can too).

One Line to Carry With You:

Off is the new on.™ 😀

Truly yours, this moment.

About the newsletter

Fyaka is the Croatian word for being fully present, relaxed, and unbothered by the rush of the world. It’s not laziness – it’s rhythm. And it’s changed the way I live, work, and lead.

Every week, I send one short email to help you reconnect with that space inside yourself. It’s about doing less, feeling more, and staying energized without the burnout.

This newsletter is where I share what makes it possible.
