No is a complete sentence.

Dear friend,

As the year settles in, I feel a quiet urge to open things up again.
There’s so much I want to share, especially around the lifestyle that’s been keeping me healthy, grounded, and clear.

But before anything else, there’s one prerequisite I want to talk about.

Please read this slowly:
No is a complete sentence.

We often forget this.
So we explain.
We justify.
We tell the whole story.
We soften it.

But a real no doesn’t need decoration.

You don’t owe an explanation.
You don’t owe a story.
You don’t owe anything beyond honesty.

This is deeply connected to presence.

When you’re truly present, you know when something isn’t right for you.
And when you know that, there’s nothing more to add.

This year, I’m choosing to say no more often, without adding anything to it.

Saying no creates space.
And space is where fyaka lives.
Where clarity lives.

One Line to Carry With You:

Clarity doesn’t need justification.

Truly yours, this moment.

Armando

About the newsletter

Fyaka is the Croatian word for being fully present, relaxed, and unbothered by the rush of the world. It’s not laziness – it’s rhythm. And it’s changed the way I live, work, and lead.

Every week, I send one short email to help you reconnect with that space inside yourself. It’s about doing less, feeling more, and staying energized without the burnout.

This newsletter is where I share what makes it possible.
