How do you pick the right option?

sent by Armando Matijevich │

Dear friend,

Lately, I’ve been wrestling with something simple but exhausting: how do we pick the right option?

We live in a world that’s faster, louder, and more connected than ever. AI accelerates everything. Notifications never stop. Choices multiply by the second.

So if you ever feel overwhelmed, it’s not you. It’s all of us.
(And if it’s anyone, it’s me – said in full George Costanza voice.)

At some point, I stopped fighting it.
This is just the world we live in right now. It’s not ideal, but it’s real. And like everything else, it too will pass.

Still, we have to choose.
And the best way I’ve found is to filter every decision through one lens: health.

I ask myself three questions:

  • How will this affect my health in the long run – body, mind, and energy?
  • Does it fit naturally into my rhythm, or will it break it?
  • Does it bring joy while staying gentle on my resources (time, energy, money)?

Then I give it a loose score from 1 to 100.
Anything below 80 is a no.

High standards when it comes to health, nothing less.

Because honestly, that’s the real game.
We’re not just choosing between options, we’re choosing what keeps us well enough to enjoy them.

One Line to Carry With You:

We’re in a quiet battle to protect our health. Everything else depends on it.

What’s one decision you’ve recently rated above 80?
Hit reply, I’d love to hear it.

Truly yours, this moment.

Armando
