The system starts small.

Last week, I asked a big question:
Can presence be designed?

The answer, I think, is yes.
But maybe not all at once.

You don’t need an app.
Or a master plan.
Just something that grounds you.

One small system.
One reliable anchor.
Something that helps you return to yourself – again and again.

For me, it’s my beach game.
And it’s never just exercise or productivity.
It’s rhythm, joy, and pure presence.

And I protect it.
Even when the inbox is full.
Even when nothing else is still – this is.

That’s my anchor.
Yours might be a slow morning. A walk. A phone-free hour.
Whatever it is – build around it.

Let the system grow from something small and sacred.

You don’t need more structure.

You need more permission.

One Line to Carry With You:

Stillness begins with one non-negotiable.

Truly yours, this moment.
