What does your version of ‘Fyaka’ look like?

sent by Armando Matijevich │

By now, you’ve heard how Fyaka shows up in my world.
Maybe you’ve recognized it in yours too.

Now the question is:
What does your version of Fyaka look like?

It doesn’t have to be a 2-hour break.
It doesn’t have to involve the sea (though I recommend it 😉).
It might be thirty minutes in the morning, a quiet cup of tea, or a walk without your phone.

There’s no one way to pause –
But there’s probably a place in your life right now that’s asking for one.

Fyaka doesn’t follow one rhythm.
It follows yours.

This week, see if you can find one small window.
Nothing complicated.
Just space.
And a willingness to let it stay unfilled.

This Week’s Thought to Carry:

You already know what restores you. Trust it enough to choose it.

Until next Thursday,

You don’t have to do more.
You just have to make space.

Truly yours, this moment,

Armando

About the newsletter

Fyaka is the Croatian word for being fully present, relaxed, and unbothered by the rush of the world. It’s not laziness – it’s rhythm. And it’s changed the way I live, work, and lead.

Every week, I send one short email to help you reconnect with that space inside yourself. It’s about doing less, feeling more, and staying energized without the burnout.

This newsletter is where I share what makes it possible.
