You don’t need to prove anything.

Dear friend,

Following last week’s thoughts on why we do what we do,
I’ve been reflecting on something that often hides beneath that why:

The need to prove ourselves.

We chase goals.
We work late.
We share achievements.

But how much of it is rooted in proving something, to someone?

That we’re capable.
That we’re worthy.
That we made it.

But who are we proving it to?

The ghost of our teenage self?
Our LinkedIn feed?
The imaginary audience clapping in our mind?

Here’s the truth we all know, deep down:
Most people don’t care.
They’re too busy chasing their own validation.

Still, we keep pushing, hoping for a nod. A like.
Some invisible badge.

And to that, I say, not in anger, but in clarity:
Screw it.
I am enough.
You are enough.
We don’t have to prove a damn thing.
We only have to be.

One Line to Carry With You:

You are enough. Just be. No need to prove anything to anyone.

Truly yours, this moment.

Armando
