I Am Enough. You Are Enough.

Dear friend,

I’m back to my usual programming.

Off the grid was spectacular!

No, I will not bore you with my “top 10 things I learned while being offline.”

I’ll keep it concise.

Having no screens or notifications constantly taking away your attention allows you to stay with your thoughts longer. You think deeper about whatever is already on your mind.

One thought dominated:
There’s so much I want to do. So many opportunities. So many things I want and need.

But while I was completely disconnected from all the updates “from the real world,” something hilariously obvious happened. The world continued! 😀

Everything was perfectly fine without me knowing what was happening every minute.
That felt incredibly liberating.

Life will continue regardless of what we achieve, what we miss, or how much we manage to squeeze into it.

So the conclusion became hilariously simple too:
Maybe we can just be.
Maybe by simply existing, we are already enough.

I know that sounds too simple, even cheesy. But after having enough time to sit with it, without all the outside noise, it stopped feeling like an idea I needed to justify.

I fully embraced that notion, and I almost started moving differently.
You’re gonna laugh, but I don’t really know how to explain it. Lighter, I guess.
It almost feels like dancing.

I guess that’s freedom.

This Week’s Cue to Pause

You don’t need to become more to be enough.

Truly yours, this moment.
